Calling all dogs lovers!
We are actively seeking motivated, dynamic, responsible individuals to fill several volunteer positions.
The life-saving work of RFL is primarily accomplished by volunteers, each individual is indispensable in the effort to make a difference.

Our volunteer program is integral to the success of our mission, which is to rescue and rehabilitate dogs so they can be adopted into safe and loving forever homes.
You can help RFL by volunteering in a number of ways, BUT PLEASE REMEMBER:
The minimum age to volunteer at RFL is 15. We believe in early education and encourage our youth to participate. The Volunteer Application and Volunteer Liability Release Form need to be signed by their parents.
We are unable to accept volunteers in need of fulfilling community service requirements.
Following volunteer positions are available:
Foster care - Please follow this link for more information Foster program
Social Network Administrators - If you love to spend time on Face book, Twitter, etc. then why not do it to support a great cause? The applicant must have good communication and writing skills and be able to post frequently.
Writers - Write dog biographies, web site content, brochures, etc. Must have good writing skills, including attention to grammar and sentence structure, as well as the ability to write in a creative and positive style.
Grand writer & Legal Aid - Experience is a plus! Must have experience writing grants for charitable organizations and be familiar with grant proposal protocol.
Fund raising - Ideas, strategies, marketing, communication, etc, anything that will help Rescued for Life raise money to help our dogs!
Local & Long Distance Transporter - must be 21 or older and experienced with driving.
Adoption Event Assistants - Handling dogs, talking to potential adopters, handing out brochures, etc. Adoption events are mostly held locally on Sundays, between 1 pm to 4 pm
Advertising -- Tabling - Setup an information table in front of retail venues and tell people about our organization. This is a great way for Rescued for Life, Inc. to gain volunteers and supporters. If you enjoy interacting with people and getting people excited about our organization this is the job for you.
Administrative Assistant - Post-adoption follow-up, posting adoptable dogs on Petfinder, Adop-A-Pet, Rescue Me, setting up events

Web/ Graphic Design - Grooming - Dog training - Behavior modification - Veterinary Assistant Holistic Practitioners ( Animal Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, etc)
